TIME Magazine has featured the Abrahamic Family House on its annual list of the World’s Greatest Places, which highlights 100 exceptional destinations to visit and stay.
To compile this prestigious list, TIME consulted its global network of correspondents and contributors, seeking recommendations for locations that offer unique and exciting experiences. Nominations were accepted for various categories, including hotels, cruises, restaurants, attractions, museums, and parks. The Abrahamic Family House was recognized as one of the most captivating new destinations to explore.
TIME noted, “It feels more important than ever to combine a mosque, synagogue, and church in Abu Dhabi’s Abrahamic Family House, which aims to promote mutual understanding.” Opened to the public in March 2023, the Abrahamic Family House emphasizes peaceful coexistence, interfaith learning, and dialogue. It also serves as an active place of worship for Muslim, Jewish, and Christian communities in the UAE, attracting over 250,000 visitors and worshippers in its first year and hosting more than 250 community events.
