Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, President PPP Punjab has visited Jinnah Hospital, Lahore, today to inquire about the health of victims wounded in the deadly Lahore blast as well as conveying the best wishes of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto and president PPPP Asif Ali Zardari for those who were injured in the abhorrent terrorist attack in the Gullshan Iqbal Park the other day.

He went to the beds of several patients, including children. He has termed the incident a great tragedy and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and extended deep condolences of the PPP Punjab to the bereaved families and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls. He also extended sympathies to those injured and prayed for their early recovery.
He asked the hospital administration to provide the best possible health treatment and facilities for all the injured. He maintained that he and his party is standing with the victims in their hour of difficulty.

Talking to media after inquiring about the health of the injured, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo said that this dastardly attack against vulnerable Pakistani citizens should be an eye opener for the rulers who make false claims of successes in the province.
He has demanded the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) in the province to ensure the security of every citizen across Punjab.
He has urged the Punjab government to take immediate action against those responsible for this dastardly, adding that it is really unfortunate that the effective implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) in Punjab is yet to be seen.
He criticized the incumbent government for not implementing the NAP evenly across the country, particularly in Punjab due to which the security conditions in the province are falling apart.
He further demanded deployment of Rangers and possible operation led by the Rangers to ensure law and order in Punjab by terming it the demand of the people of Punjab. The Rangers should be given the task in Punjab to track and eliminate terrorist networks, he added.
He said the nation was proud of “our Armed Forces who laid their lives during the operation Zarb e Azb, adding that the cowardly acts of terrorism would further strengthen the resolve of the nation to wipe out the menace from the country.
The PPP delegation was comprising of MPA Mian Khurram Jahangir Wattoo, Jahanara M Wattoo, Head Social Media Punjab, Sohail Malik Vice president Punjab, Abid Saddique deputy Information Secretary Punjab, Bushra Malik, Allama Yousaf Awan President Ulma Wing, Mian Abdul Waheed, Junaid Qaiser, Ahsan Abbas Rizvi, Zeeshan Baig Shami, and representatives of the PPP allied wings.
The PPP workers also donated blood for the injured.
