Global Prayer Effort to Support Persecuted Christians on November 3rd, 2024.
Toronto, ON – Voice of the Martyrs Canada invites Christians worldwide to join the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.
This annual event honors the legacy of Rev. Richard Wurmbrand, founder of Voice of the Martyrs, who championed prayer and support for persecuted Christians behind the Iron Curtain.
The 2024 IDOP theme, “Remember Her,” highlights the unique struggles faced by Christian women and girls, including sexual violence, forced marriage, and hidden abuse.
Floyd Brobbel, CEO of Voice of the Martyrs Canada, urges believers to pray for their suffering brothers and sisters, saying, “Let’s remember our Christian sisters who endure hidden persecutions and stand with our global family in Christ.”
